Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent checkbox in a form on the website (the request form or the cost calculator) and submitting it, I, as the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give this consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

1. List of personal data

Request form: name, phone number.
Cost calculator: project parameters (type, material, area, finishing level, timeframe), the chosen contact channel and phone number.

The website does not request any other data (address, e-mail, date of birth, etc.).

2. Purpose of processing

Handling the request or enquiry, calling back and consulting, preparing a preliminary cost estimate and offer. Data is not used for marketing messages without separate consent.

3. Actions performed with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, use, transfer (within the scope of clauses 4–5), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data by automated means.

4. Recipients of the data

Authorised employees of the Operator; the Telegram messenger used by the Operator to receive and process enquiries; Google services (Google Ads) — only with separate consent to cookies. The Operator does not sell the data or transfer it to any other third parties.

5. Cross-border transfer

Because Telegram and Google services process data on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, processing includes a cross-border transfer. Such transfer is carried out on the basis of this consent and to states that ensure the protection of personal data.

6. Validity of the consent

The consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the subject.

7. Withdrawal of consent

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by e-mail to erzhanovtalap@gmail.com marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. A data-deletion request is fulfilled within 15 (fifteen) working days. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
